Estate Planning – Our Attorneys specialize in establishing and amending estate plans, whether you have very few assets or a significant amount.  We can assist you with the preparation of Wills, Health Care Power of Attorney and Financial Power of Attorney documents, Trusts, and provide advice on how to properly address your assets.

Estate Administration – Whether an estate requires Probate or simply a Small Estate Affidavit, our Attorneys are able to help make the business side easy for you during this difficult time.  Our Attorneys are familiar with administration of estates ranging from a few dollars to multi-million dollars.  We are also accustomed to working with Executors who live out of state.

Trust Administration – We can assist with liquidation of Trust assets as set forth in the Trust instrument.  This most commonly includes real estate.

Guardianship – Our Attorneys are proficient in establishing a Guardian over both minors and adults.  We work closely with the Courts, medical professionals and family members to ensure the child or adult receives the care needed.  Whether it is a temporary guardianship or permanent, we will assist in getting everything set up so the transition is as smooth as possible.

Real Estate Transactions – Whether you are buying or selling real estate, we can help with preparation of contracts, deeds, and additional closing documents.

LLC & Corporation Establishment – If you are wanting to establish an LLC or a Corporation, we are able to assist with the required filings with the State as well as preparation of all start up documents.  We also offer the service to be your company’s Registered Agent to ensure you do not miss filing your annual report.

Small Claims and Evictions –  Though we are moving our practice away from collections work, Attorney Angela Vandeventer evaluates each matter and makes her decision on a case by case basis.  Please set up a meeting with her to determine if we are best suited to assist you with collections.
